Where do you ship?

- We ship to the 50 United States and all US Military locations (APO, FPO, DPO addresses). We do not ship to PO boxes. Check back periodically as we are looking to expand into more countries!

How much will it cost to ship my order?

- Shipping is free for any order over $75. For all other orders we charge a flat rate for standard shipping (4-7 business days) of $6.95. You also have the option of choosing expedited shipping (2-4 business days) for $9.95 or 2 Day shipping for $19.95 at checkout.


Where can I track my order?

- Upon placing your order, you will receive an email with a link to a tracking page that will update you on the status of your package.

I made a mistake with my order and want to make a change or cancel, how can I do that?

- Please reach out to us at support@weartroop.com, we can make order changes as long as the order has not already been shipped.

What forms of payment are accepted?

- We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Venmo. We also offer Sezzle as a buy now pay later solution.

Where can I find my order history?

- Once you create an account, you can find your order history by clicking on the account icon at the top of the website.


How does TROOP product fit?

- Our fit is carefully curated to match the aesthetic and purpose of each style or group and will vary accordingly. Please find a specific "Fit Recommendation" on each style within it's page, including the height of the pictured model for size reference.

How should I care for my items?

- Please refer to each product's page for specific care instructions on each style. The care instructions are also printed on a label inside the garment, but that label is meant to be torn out once you review for added comfort.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

- We’re happy to offer free and easy returns on all U.S. and U.S. Military orders for 30 days after your order ships. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. Upon receipt of your return, we will either process your refund to your original payment method, issue your store credit if requested, or initiate your exchange.
